Are both hotels open? unfold_more
Yes. Daily housekeeping service is suspended until further notice. All glassware has been replaced with individually wrapped disposable cups. Remote controls are sanitized and placed in a plastic cover for an added layer of protection. Each room is equipped with a single serve coffee maker. Each person occupying the room MUST be registered. No one under 21 years of age is allowed on property.
Is the buffet or other restaurants open? unfold_more
Yes. All outlets are now open! Each venue may have adjusted hours and/or menus. The Buffet is being served cafeteria-style by our friendly culinary staff. No one under 21 years of age is allowed on property.
Are the pools open? Are other amenities available? unfold_more
No. The pools, spa, valet will remain closed until further notice. The North Casino Gift Shop is open 24 hours and the Beach View Casino Sundry Shop is open 10am–5pm
Is there live entertainment, special events & tournaments? unfold_more
Live entertainment is available Friday & Saturday on the stage at the Beach View Casino. The current line-up is available on our website. Special events and tournaments are suspended until further notice.
Are table games available? unfold_more
Yes. Our Island View Casino and Beach View Casino are fully operational. Each gaming device is set to allow for proper social distancing required by the Mississippi Gaming Commission.

What can I expect upon arrival? unfold_more
Prior to gaining access to the property, guests are asked to acknowledge that they have not been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 in the past 14 days and are not experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms.
We ask that guests maintain adequate social distancing while on property. In accordance with MS Gaming Commission regulations, the use of face masks is mandatory statewide while inside public areas of a casino property. Additionally, guests are encouraged to utilize the hand-sanitizing stations which are readily available throughout the property.
Do Island View and Beach View Casinos properly sanitize? unfold_more
Yes. CDC recommendations and guidelines for sanitizing are being followed. In addition, daily temperature checks and screening for all employees is mandatory.
What happened to my Slot View Play and other offers that were valid during the closure? unfold_more
Expired offers are no longer valid, but Island View and Beach View Casinos have always provided the best gaming value on the Coast and will continue to do so. New offers are issued based on your qualified play.
Did my slot points or comps expire during the closure? unfold_more
No. All earned slot points and/or comp balances that were available at the time of the closure did not expire.
What happened to my drawing entries earned before closure? unfold_more
Entries earned prior to closure for a drawing that was cancelled, will be added to a future promotion.

Island View and Beach View Casinos will extend the valid date of any slot machine cash-out voucher that expired during the time of our closure through July 21, 2020.
What if my sports wagering cash-out voucher expired while Island View and Beach View Casinos were closed? unfold_more
Island View and Beach View Casinos will extend the valid date of any sports wagering cash-out voucher that expired during the time of our closure through September 19, 2020.
What if my sports wagering voucher is for a sporting event that did not occur? unfold_more
Any sports wagering voucher that was placed on an event that did not occur due to Covid-19 will be refunded through September 19, 2020.
What will happen to my Insider tier status? unfold_more
Due to the Covid-19 closure, tier upgrades were based on adjusted credit amounts for the period ending July 7, 2020. Players not achieving an increased level, will remain at their current tier status through January 7, 2021 with an opportunity to advance to the next level based on credits earned between July 1, 2020 & Jan 7, 2021. For accelerated earning, 2x tier credit days will be added to our promotional calendar through 2020.
