How to Submit a Deletion Request

To request the deletion of your MyInsider account and app-related data, please submit your request using one of the following methods:

• By Email: Send an email to GuestRelations@islandviewcasino.com with the subject line: MyInsider Account Deletion Request.
• By Phone: Call Guest Relations directly at 228-314-2100 .

Required Verification Details

To ensure account security, please provide the following details when submitting your request:

• Full Name
• Email address associated with your MyInsider app login
• Player Club / Account Number (optional, to expedite verification)

Data Deletion & Retention Scope

• What will be deleted: Your MyInsider mobile app login credentials, mobile device tokens, app preferences, and any marketing communication consents tied exclusively to the mobile application.
• What may be retained: Certain transactional, financial, and gaming records may be retained as required by Mississippi Gaming Commission regulations, state and federal tax laws, anti-money laundering compliance, or legitimate business accounting requirements.
• Processing Time: Account and data deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days of identity verification.
