Spinning Salad

All dinners include choice of soup of the day or our tableside Spinning Salad presentation: a unique blend of lettuce, chopped eggs and bacon, almonds, sun dried tomatoes, parmesan and croutons tossed tableside with our homemade creamy parmesan Dijon dressing and sweet potato rolls.

Signature Surf & Turf • $52

Chargrilled tenderloin tournedos steak topped with a dried fig tomato onion chutney and an herbed blue-goat cheese compound butter. The steak is served medium rare with a skewer of three glazed bacon wrapped royal red jumbo shrimp. Drizzle of fig balsamic reduction glaze garnishes the plate.
